My name is Andy and I am based in the West Midlands. I am happily married but spend time with my mistresses in the way of some Canon DSLR cameras.
I started in photography when I was 14, way before digital cameras and back in the day when you had to wait for the film to be developed. Technology and equipment has moved on but I’m still behind a lens.
I photograph my family, my dog, my holidays, planes, cities and whatever takes my fancy. I’ve covered gigs and concerts, and I’m heavily involved in photographing American Football in the UK.
What’s my passion? People ! I love photographing people. It doesn’t matter what they are doing,
People can be unpredictable. The joy of a celebration, the agony of a defeat, the reaction to an event. People do amazing things, Human beings have a huge range of emotions and seeing those captured gives more pleasure than any inanimate object. Getting a photograph of a person is a ‘freeze frame’ of their feelings at a unique moment in time ……and anyway, my dog doesn’t smile much.
I carry full Public Liability Insurance and offer a personal and friendly service.
